A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is submitted to the independent provider that operates that tool. James City County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you send a message or contact submission, we may retain the information you provide to respond. We do not share that message outside our organization unless a law or valid legal process requires it.
